Arvind is passionate about the positive impact of technology to improve the quality of life for humanity, enabling each and every person to stand tall.
He helps businesses design and implement scalable innovation programs by embedding new capabilities as a growth catalyst. He has led the launch of global innovation labs which serve as platforms to co-create new solutions leveraging areas like Artificial Intelligence for Marketing Automation and Creative Technologies for delivering better Customer Experiences.
With a background in Applied Statistics and a strong professional experience of deploying advanced data analytics solutions at WPP for more than a decade, Arvind got the opportunity in 2016 to work with the leadership team at Dentsu Aegis Network Global to set-up the Global Data Innovation Centre (GDIC) in partnership with Singapore's EDB. The GDIC team of domain experts, design thinkers, data scientists and data engineers developed AI powered solutions covering marketing automation of content creation and predictive analytics.
Arvind currently serves as Senior Partner at WPP's marketing effectiveness and foresight consultancy Gain Theory (https://gaintheory.com/).
He has since held consulting and advisory roles as Global Director Digital Solutions at Ebiquity PLC a global media consultancy, Advisor to ReHub.Tech, a Shanghai based corporate innovation consultancy which leverages the power of proven AI start-ups to solve for Corporate business challenges and advises various businesses on digital transformation. He is also the AI lead for Smart Cities Network, a Singapore based think tank which serves as a global platform for thought leadership, business intelligence, knowledge sharing and creating business opportunities for the smart cities global community.
Arvind is a passionate advocate of Asia’s growth opportunity and has led thought leadership series on Asia’s Digital Disruption and Smart City development in collaboration with MIT Technology Review and The Economist. He is an active contributor to leading industry initiatives and events such as the AI Summit, i-COM Global Data Ventures Challenge, Horasis Global Visions Community, Singapore Smart Nation Summit and the World Economic Forum.
