TALL (The AI Living Lab) is a not-for-profit Advisory and Think Tank which propagates the positive benefits to organisations of augmenting their unique domain knowledge with relevant new technology solutions to generate new-to-business revenues via new business models and improve operational efficiency..  

TALL uses principles of technology adoption from design thinking and behavioural science to address identified problem scenarios with human centricity at the core. Consequently, solutions are built leveraging the power of collaborative intelligence to deliver impact. 

Digital technology adoption in enterprises crossed "The Chasm" to Early Majority in 2019. However, in the rush to accelerate digital transformation , many enterprise projects have failed to deliver impact at scale beyond proof-of-concept (POC). 2020's will be the decade to change this pattern.

The top constraints companies faced in deploying new technologies and scaling them are : 

1) difficulty to build a business case 

2) data quantity / quality / availability to prove ROI

3) business, process and upskilling change requirement for adoption

Addressing these challenges will deliver an sustainable business impact. When it comes to digital transformation it is about people first followed by process and then the technology.

Our belief at TALL is that real impact can be achieved by improving the productivity of people's time spent at work as well as at home and play, benefitting both business and society. We intend to shift the rhetoric from “human vs machine” to “human + machine”.
